Artimiausias metro sustojimas Dagenham Heathway. Išėjus iš sustojimo prašome pasukti į kairę, priėjus sankryžą reikia vėl sukti į kairę - gatvės pavadinimas Parsloes Avenue. Šia gatve eikite kol praeisite parką ir prieisite kairėje pusėje esantį Sydney Russell Leisure Centre.

Directions: From A13 - follow A13 West from the M25, exit at Dagenham (By the Leisure Park). At the roundabout take the 3 rd exit then the 2 nd exit of the next roundabout to join the A1306 (Ripple Road, old A13). After 600yds turn left at the light onto the A1240 (Heathway). After Dagenham Heathway tube turn left at the bottom of the hill onto Parsloes Avenue. Leisure Centre is on left hand side at end of the park.
From A12 – follow A12 West from the M25, after 6 miles turn left onto the A1112 (Whalebone Lane South). Follow for 1.5 miles to large junction (Ship & Anchor Pub on left) go straight over lights into Wood Lane. Follow for 1mile (past Cherry Tree Pub on right) and at next set of lights turn left into Porters Avenue. Turn left immediately at mini-roundabout into Parsloes Avenue and Lesiure Centre is a quarter of a mile on right hand side.
